Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Salesforce System Administration
  • Administer and enhance Salesforce, including configuration (objects, fields, flows, validation rules, dashboards, and reports)
  • Lead Salesforce projects, including integrations and third-party applications
  • Design and optimize lead generation, routing, scoring, and lifecycle management processes
  • Provide insights to improve marketing effectiveness and business outcomes
  • Systems Integration
  • Manage the digital ecosystem of marketing, sales, customer service, and digital platforms (CRM, marketing automation, partner portal, and product configurator)
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance performance, usability, and reporting
  • Enhance and maintain reporting to track lead generation, funnel performance, and revenue impact
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of pricing, product data, and workflows across platforms

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–5+ years of experience in marketing operations, CRM administration, or business systems management
  • Strong Salesforce expertise (customization, configuration, reporting, automation and integrations) including APIs and data flow
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo, or similar)
  • A demonstrated ability to work in a self-directed and independent manner, prioritizing work appropriately

Preferred

  • Familiarity with identity/access tools (ex. miniOrange, Okta) preferred
  • Experience with pricing, quoting, or order management systems a plus
