Job Summary
Own and govern CRM data and integrations across HubSpot and supporting systems, turning data quality and systems health into reliable reporting and scalable data warehousing for CRM insights.
- Own data quality and governance in HubSpot and related platforms.
- Define and maintain integrations and data flows between systems.
- Audit, refine, and report on CRM metrics to support decision making.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Owns data in HubSpot and supporting systems.
- Supports CRM Team with work such as workflows, automation, and pipelines.
- Tracks and reports metrics and trends and reporting support.
- Cleans and maintains all the data in the system (properties, CRM data, workflows, etc.).
- Sets up and maintains all systems integrations.
- Import and export data and monitor.
- Refines existing workflows and strategies and recommends strategy improvements.
- Analyzes and audits data in the systems.
- Acts as a liaison between the IT and CRM team to manage CRM systems and data warehousing.
Requirements
- advanced knowledge of HubSpot and portal platform technology
- Node or Python experience or JavaScript and SQL or other database experience is desired
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science or related field or three (3) years of experience as a technical CRM Manager is required
