Job Summary
Own and steward CRM data infrastructure and workflows to enable accurate reporting, seamless integrations, and reliable data warehousing across HubSpot and supporting systems.
- Data Infrastructure: Ensure data quality, clean, unify properties, and manage integrations across CRM, portals, and warehousing.
- CRM & Automation: Build and refine workflows, pipelines, and automation to support the CRM team and data-driven processes.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track metrics, audit data, and provide reporting support to drive visibility and decision-making.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Owns data in HubSpot and supporting systems.
- Supports CRM Team with work such as workflows, automation, and pipelines.
- Tracks and reports metrics and trends and reporting support.
- Cleans and maintains all the data in the system (properties, CRM data, workflows, etc.).
- Sets up and maintains all systems integrations.
- Import and export data and monitor.
- Refines existing workflows and strategies and recommends strategy improvements.
- Analyzes and audits data in the systems.
- Acts as a liaison between the IT and CRM team to manage CRM systems and data warehousing.
Requirements
- Keys to success in this position include advanced knowledge of HubSpot and portal platform technology.
- Node or Python experience or JavaScript and SQL or other database experience is desired.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science or related field or three (3) years of experience as a technical CRM Manager is required.
