Drive Veeva/Salesforce CRM configuration and data integration for Field Sales, Reimbursement, and Medical teams while enabling production reporting and field enablement.

Job Description

Drive Veeva/Salesforce CRM configuration and data integration for Field Sales, Reimbursement, and Medical teams while enabling production reporting and field enablement.

  • Own configuration, customization, maintenance, and support of the CRM and dashboards to meet business needs.
  • Design, develop, deploy, and maintain dashboards, reports, user roles, security, and workflow rules in Veeva CRM.
  • Build, optimize, and maintain data pipelines between Veeva CRM/Salesforce and the data warehouse.
  • Perform complex data migrations and improve system performance and user adoption.
  • Maintain data integrity through collaboration with Finance, IT, Commercial Operations, and field training.
  • Partner with Commercial Operations to analyze and integrate databases/programs impacted by changes for the field.
  • Align reporting needs with Finance or Commercial partners and ensure production generation.
  • Coordinate with Finance on Veeva and Salesforce integration and related Commercial activities.
  • Develop KPI tracking for performance and provide timely insights for corrective actions.
