Job Summary

Own CRM data management and pipeline tracking to turn data into opportunities and enable cross-functional growth.

  • Own CRM data integrity and governance across offices
  • Ensure accurate pipeline tracking, RFQs/RFPs, and win-rate analysis
  • Leverage dashboards and reports to inform leadership decisions

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client, contact, and project records
  • Clean and standardize data across offices and teams
  • Develop and enforce CRM standards, workflows, and governance
  • Support CRM system integrations (including Procore) and drive user adoption
  • Train staff on CRM usage and best practices
  • Track and manage opportunities including RFQs, RFPs, and bids
  • Monitor procurement platforms and opportunity sources
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and backlog projections
  • Track and analyze win rates, hit rates, and overall performance metrics
  • Prepare and distribute weekly business development reports (pipeline, wins/losses)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in CRM management, data analysis, or business development support
  • Experience in the construction, AEC, or related industry preferred
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (ProjectMark or similar systems preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally

Preferred

  • Experience with Procore integrations
  • Experience with BI tools beyond Excel
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
