Job Summary

Own guest experience and safety operations for a family park, guiding check-in, front desk service, safety oversight, events, and high volume service with a focus on memorable, safe experiences.

  • Front desk & guest services: check-in, ticketing, waivers, information, and upsell opportunities.
  • Safety & operations: supervise activities, perform safety checks, enforce rules, and escalate when needed.
  • Party & events: lead birthdays and group events from setup to wrap, coordinating activities and parent communications.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and check in guests with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Handle ticketing, waivers, wristbands, and payment transactions accurately.
  • Answer guest questions, explain attractions, and provide information about park rules and safety guidelines.
  • Assist with lost and found and guest concerns, escalating issues to management when needed.
  • Intervene politely but firmly when guests engage in unsafe behavior.
  • Restock supplies, and support front desk operations when needed.
  • Promote and sell park merchandise, add-ons, memberships, party packages, and gift cards to guests.
  • Supervise Trampoline zones, Strike Arena, Soft Play, ropes courses, Multi-Court, Battle Beam, Valo Arena, Valo Climb, VR Arena, and other activities to ensure guest follow safety rules at all times.
  • Perform safety checks on equipment, harnesses, and guest wristbands before use
  • Reset equipment and prepare attractions between guest uses to keep operations smooth.

Requirements

  • Ability to consistently make safe and responsible decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods, walking across large facilities, and occasionally lifting up to 30 lbs (e.g., equipment reset, supplies, decorations).
  • Friendly, approachable, and able to engage positively with children, parents, and groups of all sizes.
  • Clear and professional communication with guests, teammates, and supervisors.
  • Ability to monitor trampoline and adventure attractions, identify potential risks, and intervene confidently but respectfully.
  • Willingness to collaborate with other staff members, rotate roles when needed, and support teammates during busy times.
  • Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak times for the park.
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, childcare, or recreation is helpful but not required — training will be provided.
  • Background Check / Safety Requirement: Employment is contingent on passing a background check to ensure the safety of our guests and compliance with company standards
