Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit creators, influencers, affiliates, and ambassadors aligned with the Skyne Beauty brand
• Manage creator outreach, negotiations, onboarding, gifting, and ongoing communication
• Build and grow Skyne Beauty’s affiliate and ambassador programs
• Manage creator campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
• Coordinate product seeding, shipping, content timelines, and deliverables
• Manage affiliate links, discount codes, commissions, and creator attribution
• Negotiate creator deliverables, compensation, commissions, and usage rights
• Track agreements and ensure partnership terms and content rights are properly documented
• Identify high-performing creator content for organic and paid marketing opportunities
• Maintain a pipeline of prospective and active creator partners

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, social media partnerships, or a related role
• Experience working with consumer brands, preferably beauty, skincare, wellness, fashion, or CPG
• Strong creator outreach and relationship-management skills
• Comfortable negotiating deliverables, timelines, compensation, commissions, and usage rights
• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok creator ecosystems
• Comfortable evaluating creator performance beyond follower count
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple creator relationships and campaigns at the same time
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving early-stage company
• Experience with affiliate or creator-management platforms is a plus
