Job Summary

Own the TikTok Shop creator ecosystem from 0 to scale, balancing community building, creator partnerships, and affiliate programs to drive GMV across multiple brands.

Creator Community & Affiliate Growth: Build and scale creator communities across Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp and run TAP campaigns to drive GMV.
Creator Partnerships & Campaigns: Recruit top TikTok creators, design challenges and incentive programs, and manage promotional launches with brands.
Measurement & Optimization: Analyze creator performance, posting cadence, conversion rates, and test engagement strategies with cross-functional teams.

Job Description

Build and scale creator communities across Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp, and other communication platforms.
Recruit, onboard, and maintain long-term 1:1 relationships with high-performing TikTok creators.
Manage affiliate programs for multiple TikTok Shop brands.
Design and execute Creator Challenges, incentive programs, contests, and community engagement initiatives.
Build and manage TikTok Shop Affiliate (TAP) campaigns from strategy through execution.
Develop creator education, onboarding materials, and best practices that improve creator performance.
Partner with brands to develop creative briefs, promotional calendars, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
Analyze creator performance, GMV, posting consistency, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
Identify high-potential creators and nurture them into long-term brand partners.
Work cross-functionally with account managers, media buyers, live commerce teams, and brand partners to maximize affiliate growth.
