Responsibilities

• - Source and onboard new affiliate partners using tools like SEMrush, Similarweb, Publisher Discovery, Affistash, and Aspire
• - Manage day-to-day partner communication and keep onboarding moving smoothly
• - Monitor partner performance, build ad-hoc reporting, and flag anomalies or performance gaps
• - Recommend and help implement optimizations to grow affiliate Free Trial Starts and subscriptions
• - Partner cross-functionally with Growth Product, Data, and Creative to improve conversion across the affiliate funnel

Requirements

• - 2–3 years in affiliate, partner, influencer, or growth marketing (or a closely adjacent role)
• - Hands-on experience in an affiliate platform — Impact preferred (CJ or ShareASale also relevant)
• - Comfort with basic data analysis: ad-hoc dashboards, spotting anomalies, and simple calculations like period-over-period growth
• - Strong verbal and written communication — this is a partner-facing role with frequent outreach
• - A curious, resourceful, bias-for-action mindset and comfort working through ambiguity in a startup environment

Preferred

• - Basic knowledge of CRO principles
• - Experience in fintech, subscription, or B2C/SaaS businesses
