Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with emerging and established digital creators, influencers, and content producers who would benefit from JUS’ development and marketing services
• Educate prospective clients on growth strategies, content planning, and monetization opportunities
• Guide clients through development plans, campaign execution, and audience engagement initiatives
• Maintain organized records of outreach, client progress, campaigns, and communications
• Monitor analytics and performance metrics to optimize growth and engagement
• Represent JUS professionally in all communications and interactions with clients

Requirements

• Experience in digital marketing, creator management, social media, or influencer outreach
• Strong understanding of content creation, platform strategies, and audience growth
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
• Self-motivated, professional, and able to work independently in a remote setting
• Reliable, results-oriented mindset with a focus on creator success
