Responsibilities

• Lead or support webinars, workshops, Q&As, creator trainings, panels, and events.
• Develop and deliver educational content related to TikTok, TikTok Shop, social media, and creator best practices.
• Create short-form videos, scripts, social media posts, tutorials, and other educational content.
• Appear on camera for videos, presentations, interviews, and creator-focused content.
• Identify relevant social media trends and adapt them into engaging content.
• Coordinate training schedules, presentations, content calendars, and educational resources.
• Engage with creators and collaborate with internal teams to support education and community initiatives.
• Assist with event planning, hosting, moderation, and other creator engagement activities.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in social media, content creation, communications, education, marketing, events, or a related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, social media trends, and digital content.
• Highly engaging, personable, and comfortable interacting with different audiences.
• Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
• Comfortable speaking on camera and presenting in front of groups.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Creative, adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn.
• This is an onsite position based in Gilbert, Arizona.
• Candidates must be local to the Gilbert, AZ area or already able to comfortably commute to the office.
• This position is not remote and requires regular onsite work.

Preferred

• Experience with video creation, Canva, CapCut, presentations, hosting, or event facilitation is a plus.
