Job Description

Creator Coordinator WANTED

Compensation: $10–15/hr

Location: international remote

⭐ The Role

We're looking for a Creator Coordinator to power the reporting, logistics and search engine behind TubeScience's growing creator network. You'll work closely with the creator team to ensure all tracking, communication, scheduling and reporting are up to date and accurate. You’ll be the first point of contact for new creators, coordinating onboarding and introductory meetings. Any questions about creators, you should have the answer or know who does. When you’re not doing logistics, you’ll help scout new creators.

This role is ideal for someone who's organized, fast, and thrives on the operational and reporting side of the creator economy.

💼 What You’ll Do

🤝Coordinate staff creator onboarding logistics — send department onboarding forms, add staff creators to roster, schedule introductory meetings with department, assist department head with scheduling other introductory meetings.

📅 Manage Staff Creator overall schedules, ensuring stakeholders know when creators are unavailable for new jobs.

🔥Coordinate staff creator availability for in-studio requests. Verify firewalls.

🛣️Route Staff Creator questions to the appropriate channel.

🏋️Maintain all department trackers (including client Creator Programs) and SOPs in real time. Nothing is left open overnight.

⭐Collect Staff Creator feedback every three months and report on findings.

📋Track compliance and data in Creators channels and provide monthly reporting.

🥳Coordinate Staff Creator workshops and events.

📊 Build and maintain a creator database tracking creator specialties, rates, availability, demographics, and past performance. Add new, onboarded creators to the internal database.

🚀 Help department grow the talent pipeline — proactively scouting new Staff Creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms so we always have depth and diversity of talent on tap.

🔑 Who You Are

🔍 1+ years of experience in creator sourcing, talent recruitment, influencer marketing, casting, talent relations, or a similar talent role

🧠 Operationally sharp — you can manage dozens of creator schedules and onboarding tasks simultaneously without dropping balls. Strong systems thinking, comfortable with automation/AI tools and workflow platforms.

📋 Detail-oriented with tracking and compliance — nothing slips through the cracks on paperwork

🎨 Fluent in digital content culture — you know what good content looks like and where to find the people who make it

📍 Remote but must overlap with LA business hours. Strong written and verbal English required.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience using creator/influencer platforms (Aspire, GRIN, CreatorIQ, Cohley, TikTok Creator Marketplace)
  • Background at a creator management agency, MCN, or talent representation firm
  • Familiarity with brand compliance and FTC disclosure requirements

As one of the fastest growing startups in Los Angeles, we're revolutionizing the way in which companies approach successful video advertising. Our team of award-winning Producers, Editors, Directors, Engineers, and Performance Marketing Managers are building a global studio where we can conceptualize, shoot, and produce hundreds of videos per day. Unlike traditional advertising agencies that pitch creative concepts for companies, hope they will perform, and outsource filming, we design videos that are guaranteed to convert. We use data to guide our creative process and leverage testing and analysis to make adjustments to react to users in real-time.What's atypical about the company:We're fast and data-driven: our teams develop concepts in the morning, shoot/edit in the afternoon, launch in the evening, and iterate the next day based on real-world performance. We’re a behavioral R&D lab at the core: We put 2,000+ video experiments per week, watched by tens of millions of people per day, that give us deep insights into how people make decisions. Over the past couple years, we’ve built an enormous library of IP around human behavior and visual communication. We work on a pure pay for performance basis. Zero production fees for video. Clients only pay us if our videos outperform anything they’re running internally.
