Responsibilities

• Lead recurring client content shoots throughout Charlotte and surrounding areas
• Develop creative content ideas based on each client’s business, goals, audience, and offers
• Write and refine content concepts and scripts for short-form social media videos and ads
• Build organized shoot plans and shot lists
• Direct and coach clients on camera
• Capture talking-head videos, B-roll, photos, and other short-form content
• Coordinate and support freelance videographers executing shoots in other markets
• Help maintain consistent production quality across all Momentum clients and markets
• Collaborate with our creative, social media, advertising, and editing teams
• Organize footage and production assets in Google Drive

Requirements

• Have professional videography, content creation, or creative production experience
• Understand social media and what makes short-form content engaging
• Enjoy developing ideas, not just operating a camera
• Can turn ideas into clear scripts and organized shoot plans
• Are confident directing business owners and other people on camera
• Are organized and comfortable managing multiple clients and projects
• Are comfortable coordinating and providing direction to other videographers
• Are reliable, punctual, proactive, and a strong communicator
• Care about both creative quality and efficient execution
• Can follow a proven system while still bringing new ideas to the table

Preferred

• Speaking Spanish is a plus, but not required
