Job Summary

Drive direct response ad creative strategy and scripting for our offers with rapid concept generation and iteration.

  • Own creative strategy and ad scripting across multiple offers.
  • Must-have: Direct-response ad experience with scalable spend.
  • Standout: High-volume concept generation and rapid editor collaboration.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • You'll own creative strategy and ad scripting across our offers. That means:\n- Writing scroll-stopping hooks and ramps for cold traffic on Meta\n- Scripting full video ads (typically 45 to 180 seconds) from hook through CTA\n- Working directly with our video editors to shape cut, pacing, and visual hits\n- Reviewing winner and loser data every week and iterating with intent\n- Producing 10 to 15 new ad concepts per week across multiple offers
  • This is not a branding role. This is not a content marketing role. This is direct response. If the ad doesn't pull a click and convert on the landing page, it's a loser. We need someone who's excited by that reality, not scared of it.

Requirements

  • You've worked in biz-opp, info products, eCom, or supplements.
  • You can explain why the ramp (seconds 3 to 60) matters more than the hook.
  • You can recite a Dan Kennedy or Russell Brunson framework without Googling it.
  • You've written ads that spent five figures a day and you've written ads that flopped, and you learned more from the flops.
  • You write at a fourth to seventh grade reading level because that's how real people read.
  • You don't use em dashes.
  • You don't sound like ChatGPT.
  • You write like a human talking to another human.
  • You're fast.
  • You ship.
  • You'd rather get ten rough concepts in front of editors this week than one polished masterpiece next month.
