Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Performance Auditing – Analyze performance metrics (Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CTR, CPA, ROAS) in ad platforms and identify winning creative patterns and audiences, translating data into creative direction.
• Creative Ideation & Scriptwriting – Design the big idea, develop direct-response scripts, write hooks and calls to action, storyboard for high retention, and craft angles aligned with DTC journeys.
• Production Management & Creative Briefing – Direct and translate strategy to production; brief creators, review drafts, ensure text overlays and pacing align with performance best practices, and maintain a library of assets.
• Testing Strategy & Iteration – Design and manage structured A/B tests, iterate ads by refining hooks and messaging, and stay on top of emerging creative trends to improve performance.
• What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like – 50% Creative ideation and content strategy development; 25% Campaign briefing, scripting, and production QA; 25% Performance analysis and data-driven iteration.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in creative strategy or performance creative roles
• Experience working in high-growth, paid social-led DTC brands
• Deep expertise in Meta and TikTok advertising ecosystems
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret performance data to inform creative decisions
• A portfolio of direct-response ad concepts, scripts, or campaigns that delivered measurable results
• A proven track record of driving revenue growth through paid creative
• Experience briefing or directing creators, influencers, or UGC production
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, Hook Rate, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills — able to present insights and defend creative decisions with data
