Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop a high volume of original static and video concepts for paid social campaigns across our client roster
  • Translate client goals, audience insights, brand positioning, cultural trends, and performance data into actionable creative ideas
  • Write clear concepts, hooks, scripts, storylines, messaging angles, and briefs for designers, editors, creators, and production teams
  • Build creative testing roadmaps that explore different messages, formats, audiences, offers, and stages of the customer journey
  • Review paid social performance in partnership with the media team and identify opportunities for new concepts, iterations, and creative directions
  • Use metrics such as hook rate, hold rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, CPA, and ROAS to evaluate creative performance and inform future testing
  • Lead brainstorms and contribute strategic thinking across multiple performance marketing clients
  • Build creative strategy decks and confidently present recommendations internally and to clients
  • Create and maintain campaign launch documents, creative trackers, timelines, and other materials that keep client initiatives organized and moving forward
  • Support the day-to-day execution of client work by documenting decisions, coordinating next steps, tracking deliverables, and following up with internal teams ahead of key deadlines

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance creative, paid social, or a related agency or brand-side role
  • A strong understanding of paid social creative and how creative decisions influence campaign performance
  • Experience developing concepts for short-form video across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts
  • Demonstrated ability to turn insights into compelling hooks, scripts, briefs, and creative testing ideas
  • Working knowledge of paid social metrics and the ability to interpret performance data in partnership with a media team
  • Experience generating creative ideas at volume across multiple clients, campaigns, or audiences
  • Strong presentation, writing, communication, and collaboration skills
  • The ability to balance performance goals with each client’s brand voice and creative standards
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort working across several fast-moving client accounts

Preferred

  • Experience working in an agency environment
  • Experience supporting regulated industries such as real money gaming and/or financial services
  • Experience working across a range of consumer-facing categories, including DTC and CPG brands
  • Hands-on experience with CapCut, Figma, or other creative production tools is welcome, but it is not required for this role.
