Job Summary

Drive cross-channel creative strategy for AxisKey’s private capital audience, turning complex concepts into operator-to-operator messaging.

  • Own cross-channel creative strategy for paid ads, organic content, and brand campaigns.
  • Portfolio with long- and short-form copy and standout brand storytelling.
  • Operator-to-operator voice that simplifies private capital concepts; SEC advertising familiarity is a plus.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative strategy across paid ads, organic content, landing pages, and brand campaigns — all targeting private real estate operators and accredited investors
  • Write and direct copy that sounds like an operator talking to another operator, not a brand talking at a prospect
  • Build content systems and ad concepts from scratch — you’ll ideate, write, brief, and collaborate on production
  • Conduct audience and market research to stay sharp on what’s resonating in the private capital space
  • Collaborate with leadership on brand positioning and ensure every asset reflects the AxisKey aesthetic and voice
  • Contribute to compliance-aware advertising (we work in SEC-regulated territory — familiarity with 506(b)/506(c) advertising rules is a plus)

Requirements

  • Proven experience in creative strategy, copywriting, or brand direction — ideally in financial services, real estate, or investment-adjacent industries
  • A portfolio that demonstrates range: long-form content, short-form ad copy, brand storytelling
  • Strong instincts for what sounds human vs. what sounds like AI-generated filler — we care deeply about voice
  • Ability to understand a complex product or audience and simplify it without dumbing it down
  • Self-directed and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with limited hand-holding
  • Familiarity with paid media (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) is a meaningful plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred — but portfolio and track record matter more
