Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of creative projects across campaigns and marketing channels, from brief through to final delivery.
  • Build and maintain production timelines and project plans, keeping every stakeholder aligned on what's happening and when.
  • Translate creative concepts into actionable workstreams without losing the vision.
  • Support the SVP of Marketing & Brand Director with kick-off meetings, creative reviews, and production check-ins.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects simultaneously across your contracted hours.
  • Champion creative process standards — ensuring briefs are clear, feedback loops are tight, and nothing goes into production without the right approvals.
  • Own and maintain Asana boards, workflows, and templates so the creative team stays focused on making, not chasing.
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and proactively recommend improvements.
  • Maintain version control and asset organisation across projects.
  • Support the Director, Marketing Strategy & Ops with timelines that feed into the broader Marketing team timelines.

Requirements

  • Expert in creative production and project management, ideally within a consumer brand, agency, or experiential environment.
  • Proven ability to manage creative workflows across digital, social, print, and video.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Asana, with experience building workflows and templates independently.
  • A clear, confident communicator who earns trust quickly — with creatives, stakeholders, and vendors alike.
  • Comfortable owning budgets and managing vendor relationships with minimal oversight.
  • Calm under pressure, solutions-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Available for a consistent part-time commitment each week (hours to be agreed at contract stage).
  • Able to work independently as a contractor — you manage your own time and hit your deadlines.
