Job Summary

Own end-to-end production from concept to delivery, driving creative direction, schedules, budgets, and cross-functional alignment for campaigns, launches, and storytelling.

  • Production Ownership: lead pre through post for photo and video across campaigns and launches.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: align with Social, Ecommerce, Product Marketing, Growth, and Creative teams on assets and brand voice.
  • Operational Excellence: manage timelines, budgets, vendors, approvals, and risk mitigation to hit delivery milestones.

Job Description

Own end-to-end production from concept to delivery, driving creative direction, schedules, budgets, and cross-functional alignment for campaigns, launches, and storytelling.

  • Partner with the Creative Director and Brand Marketing team to execute integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling initiatives.
  • Assist in translating approved campaign concepts into production-ready plans and deliverables.
  • Support the development of creative treatments, scripts, presentations, production briefs, and content plans.
  • Contribute creative ideas and cultural insights during brainstorming sessions and creative reviews.
  • Collaborate with Social, Ecommerce, Product Marketing, Growth, and Creative teams to ensure creative assets support broader business objectives.
  • Help maintain consistency with Aventon's brand voice and visual identity across all deliverables.
  • Lead productions from approved concept through final delivery, overseeing pre-production, production, and post-production workflows.
  • Develop and manage production schedules, budgets, timelines, shot lists, call sheets, and project documentation.
  • Produce photo and video shoots including campaign content, product launches, lifestyle campaigns, social content, retail assets, and branded storytelling.
  • Manage all aspects of shoot logistics including vendor sourcing, crew hiring, casting, permitting, travel coordination, equipment rentals, insurance, releases, and legal approvals.
