Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Creative Pipeline: Build and run a repeatable system that keeps a steady volume of fresh ad creative flowing into Meta and YouTube. Own the concept backlog, production calendar, and asset library.
  • Static Creative: Brief and direct our designer to turn benefits, offers, and angles into scroll-stopping statics. Iterate quickly on what’s working and keep a clean, organized creative library.
  • Video & Partners: Source, brief, and manage on-camera talent, creators, and UGC partners. Coordinate shoots and direction, then work with our video editor to cut footage into platform-native formats.
  • Testing & Iteration: Work from performance data to understand which hooks, formats, and concepts win. Systematically double down on winners, retire losers, and maintain a clear testing and naming framework.
  • Trends & Concepts: Live on Meta, YouTube, and TikTok. Bring a constant flow of fresh hooks, formats, and angles, adapting what’s breaking through in DTC and the golf space to our brand.
  • Learn the Platforms: Partner with the team on the buying side and grow your understanding of how Meta and YouTube actually serve and convert, so you’re building creative for how each platform really works.

Requirements

  • You are social-native. You live on Meta, YouTube, and TikTok, and you have a strong instinct for what stops the scroll.
  • You can write a clear creative brief and direct a designer, editor, or creator to the result you have in your head.
  • You’re organized and self-directed; comfortable juggling multiple concepts, partners, and deadlines in a lean environment without dropping balls.
  • You have strong creative taste and a bias toward volume and iteration over precious one-offs.
  • You’re eager to learn paid media and to tie your creative decisions to real performance data.
  • You’re passionate about golf. Not necessarily the best player, but someone who follows the game and genuinely cares about the products you’re marketing.

Preferred

  • You can self-produce video; shoot, rough-cut, or step in front of the camera yourself.
  • You’re hands-on with editing or design tools (CapCut, Premiere, Figma, Canva, etc.).
  • You’ve made content for a DTC or e-commerce brand, or have run or assisted on paid social campaigns.
