Job Summary

Own end-to-end video content for a lifestyle brand, from concept to delivery, and drive cross-channel campaigns by turning organic hit content into paid creative while partnering with Brand and Social teams.

Video Craft & Production: Lead concept through final edit with high production quality across lighting, sound, and storytelling.
Campaign & Collaboration: Work with Brand Manager and Social Manager to execute seasonal campaigns and align with performance marketing.
Performance Lift: Translate successful organic content into paid opportunities and feed learnings back into future creative output.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead video production from concept through final delivery
Capture high-quality video content for social media, advertising, product launches, events, and brand campaigns
Edit content across a variety of formats including short-form social, paid media, YouTube, and website assets
Maintain a high standard of production quality across lighting, composition, sound, pacing, and storytelling
Manage video equipment, workflows, asset organization, and post-production processes
Contribute creative concepts and campaign ideas that support brand and business objectives
Identify emerging content trends and adapt them to fit the Sunday Swagger brand
Create content that can be utilized across both organic and paid channels
Collaborate with performance marketing partners to develop ad creative concepts and testable content angles
Translate successful organic content into paid media opportunities

Requirements

Applicants MUST provide portfolio of work.
3+ years of professional experience in videography, content production, creative marketing, or a related field
Experience producing content for lifestyle, sports, apparel, or consumer brands preferred
Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling, editing, and creative direction capabilities
Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing channels
Understanding of content performance and audience engagement principles

Nice to have

Drone experience is a plus
Photography experience is a plus
Experience producing content for lifestyle, sports, apparel, or consumer brands preferred
