Job Description

Responsibilities

Create brand guidelines and style guides.
Develop visual identity & marketing materials (logos, letterhead, email signature, presentation templates, etc).
Collaborate across departments internally and externally to develop creative assets and imagery for use in campaigns and promotional materials.
Design high-quality paid media assets for platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and programmatic display and more.
Resize and adapt existing client assets for approvals and campaign use.
Develop HTML5 display banners and, if applicable, video assets to support advertising campaigns.
Create websites and landing pages that align with campaign goals and branding standards.
Collaborate with web development teams to ensure seamless integration of creative assets.

Requirements

Proven experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing work in branding, advertising, and digital media. 3+ years
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with similar platforms.
Strong understanding of paid media platforms and the ability to create assets optimized for Meta, Google Ads, and programmatic display a plus.
Video editing skills are a plus.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
