Responsibilities

• Help develop creative content and storytelling strategies across platforms like X, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and short-form media channels
• Assist in building public awareness and engagement around RedCoin Capital, Redy, the Summer 2026 virtual hackathon, and Project RED
• Brainstorm and execute content ideas that make topics like decentralized AI, Bittensor, staking, and digital assets feel more approachable, interesting, and culturally relevant to broader audiences
• Create and organize content calendars, campaign concepts, educational series, visual storytelling ideas, and community engagement initiatives
• Help identify internet trends, creator strategies, online communities, and emerging media formats relevant to AI, crypto, technology, and Gen Z audiences
• Assist with promotion and digital engagement for the Summer 2026 virtual hackathon, including participant outreach, online visibility, creator/community partnerships, and event storytelling
• Support development of branding, messaging, and audience positioning for Project RED and other long-term ecosystem initiatives
• Collaborate directly with leadership on growth strategy, media direction, campaign ideas, and experimental marketing initiatives
• Analyze engagement metrics and audience behavior to understand what content resonates and where messaging can improve
• Contribute creative ideas around how RedCoin Capital can build long-term trust, visibility, and cultural relevance within emerging technology and decentralized AI ecosystems

Requirements

• Strong interest in content creation, storytelling, internet culture, media strategy, or digital community-building
• Familiarity with platforms like X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Discord, or other online communities and social ecosystems
• Ability to communicate complicated or technical ideas in a way that feels clear, engaging, and approachable to broader audiences
• Interest in emerging technology, AI, crypto, digital assets, startups, venture ecosystems, or internet-native communities
• Strong creative instincts and ability to generate original content, campaign, or storytelling ideas rather than simply reposting trends
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup-style environment with high ownership and direct collaboration with leadership
• Self-starter mentality with strong communication skills, curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to experiment creatively
• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree program preferred, but strong portfolios, creator experience, or demonstrated creative work are equally valued

Preferred

• Experience with content creation, student organizations, social media management, branding, marketing campaigns, video editing, design, or online community engagement is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Figma, Notion, or video/social media editing platforms is a plus
• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree program preferred, but strong portfolios, creator experience, or demonstrated creative work are equally valued
