Job Summary

Own Dusts brand system and the creative studio model, steadying the narrative and visuals for AI mature buyers while scaling with AI enabled templates.

  • Brand system & identity: Own the visual language across motion, typography, and guidelines to be differentiating and enterprise-ready.
  • Creative execution: Direct website, product launches, campaigns and events with a balance of brand storytelling and product narrative.
  • Creative operations: Build an operating model, manage freelancers, and grow a small world class team aligned with Paris design.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Brand system & identity: Set the direction for Dust's visual identity across motion, illustration, typography, video style, and brand guidelines to be differentiating and enterprise-credible.
  • Creative execution: Lead creative direction across website, product launches, campaigns, events, GTM and sales assets, social; balance brand storytelling with product-driven narratives.
  • Creative operations: Build the operating model for brand design, manage freelancers/agencies, and align with the Paris product design team to punch above the team size.
  • Scale creative with AI: Codify guidelines, templates, and reusable components so assets are on-brand and high quality with lower lift through AI-enabled workflows.

Requirements

  • You've led brand or creative work where the narrative came first and the visual system was built to serve it.
  • You have exceptional taste and can defend preferences while aligning with brand and product direction.
  • You're hands-on; you can art-direct video, push pixels on a landing page, and brief freelancers within a week.
  • You're AI-fluent and actively use AI in design and production, building systems that let a small team punch above its weight.
  • You've built or scaled a creative function with standards and systems for a small team to scale.
  • You have a point of view on the market and can make Dust feel culturally magnetic to AI-mature buyers and technical decision-makers.
  • Ability to work across Paris and the US, with clear writing and proactive cross-time-zone collaboration.
  • Experience at or admiration for brands with strong craft, and a track record of shipping high-quality brand work.

Nice to Have

  • Experience building or refreshing a visual identity for a fast-growing technology company.
  • Experience collaborating with founders on brand, narrative, launch moments, or executive presence.
  • A strong network of creative collaborators across motion, video, production, photography, illustration, web, and experiential work.
  • Experience designing interactive web experiences, motion systems, or product-led storytelling.
  • Messaging, content strategy, or campaign strategy depth is a bonus, not core requirement.
