Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The Creative Director, Brand Campaigns is responsible for owning brand campaigns end-to-end, from concept through execution to final delivery.
  • Own brand and marketing campaigns from concept through final delivery
  • Lead creative ideation for brand campaigns, branded social, and commercial work
  • Develop director treatments, moodboards, shotlists, and creative presentations
  • Define creative direction and maintain final creative sign-off across all deliverables
  • Serve as the primary owner for brand campaign execution and delivery
  • Manage scopes, timelines, budgets, and internal resources
  • Lead client communication related to campaign execution
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Direct talent and crew on set to execute approved creative direction

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years experience leading brand campaigns, commercial work, or premium digital media projects
  • Proven ownership of integrated campaigns across creative, production, and delivery
  • Demonstrated on-set directing leadership at a director or director/DP level
  • Ability to translate creative direction into cohesive, on-brand execution
  • Strong understanding of how branded storytelling performs across digital, social, and commercial platforms
  • Campaign-level creative direction and decision-making
  • End-to-end knowledge of production and post-production workflows
  • Hands-on fluency with cinema-grade cameras and professional lighting
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Clear communication and strong organizational discipline
