Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the AFF brand vision, creative standards, and visual identity
• Lead creative development for campaigns, product launches, and key initiatives
• Translate business strategy, insights, and performance data into effective creative solutions
• Ensure brand consistency and quality across all channels and deliverables
• Oversee web page development and video creation/editing
• Manage and mentor internal creative partners and external agencies
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, product, performance, and growth teams
• Present creative concepts and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of creativo experience with progressive leadership responsibility
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand development and multi‑channel execution
• Expertise in visual design, storytelling, and brand governance
• Hands‑on experience building web pages and producing video content
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in digital‑first, performance‑driven, B2C/B2B, or agency environments
