Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Graphic Design and Content Creation
  • Design brochures, reports, social media graphics, presentations, infographics, and event materials.
  • Create visuals for fundraising campaigns, donor communications, and program storytelling.
  • Develop digital content for websites, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
  • Brand Management
  • Apply and maintain brand guidelines across all materials.
  • Ensure visual consistency across campaigns, publications, and digital channels.
  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the organization's brand identity.
  • Marketing and Campaign Support
  • Design materials supporting fundraising campaigns and donor engagement.
  • Develop creative assets for annual reports, grant proposals, donor presentations, and impact stories.
  • Support strategic communications initiatives through visual storytelling.
  • Digital Media
  • Create graphics and simple motion assets for digital platforms.
  • Optimize creative assets for web and email marketing.
  • Assist with visual updates to the organization's website.
  • Fundraising Event Support
  • Design promotional materials for fundraising events, including flyers, social graphics, digital ads, and event visuals.
  • Develop donor recognition materials such as sponsorship packets, event programs, and presentation slides.
  • Create visuals that highlight organizational impact, including infographics and mission-driven storytelling.
