Job Summary

Own the social content engine for an immigration law brand by turning updates, client stories, and legal insights into relatable, on-brand posts that educate and engage across platforms.

Content Creation: Produce reels, posts, captions, hooks, and scripts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Branding & Strategy: Keep messaging consistent with a recognizable brand voice while leveraging trends and audience psychology.
Collaboration & Execution: Manage calendars and coordinate with designers/editors to publish content reliably.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Create compelling content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube
Turn immigration updates, client success stories & legal insights into engaging social media content
Brainstorm viral reels, educational posts & creative campaigns
Write captions, hooks & short-form scripts that grab attention instantly
Manage content calendars and ensure consistent posting
Coordinate with designers/video editors to execute content ideas
Help build one of the most recognizable immigration law brands online

Requirements

Creative thinker with strong storytelling ability
Analyze performance data to understand what is working / not working
Passionate about social media trends & digital culture

Understands branding, audience psychology & engagement
Can create content that feels both professional and relatable
