Creative Content Creator / Videographer — Restaurant & Nightlife

Responsibilities

• Plan, film, and edit Instagram Reels and other short-form videos.
• Capture food, cocktails, hookah, interiors, guest experiences, DJs, and event highlights.
• Create promotional content for happy hour, themed dinners, weekend events, and special offers.
• Develop fresh concepts, shot lists, and attention-grabbing video openings.
• Edit footage with strong pacing, music, transitions, captions, and consistent color.
• Capture photos and vertical clips for Instagram posts and Stories.
• Coordinate shoots with management and staff while working around restaurant service.
• Deliver finished content on agreed deadlines and organize footage for future use.
• Collaborate with management on a consistent content schedule.

Requirements

• A portfolio demonstrating restaurant, lounge, hospitality, nightlife, or event content.
• Strong filming and editing skills, with an eye for lighting, composition, and detail.
• Ability to capture attractive footage in dim lighting and busy environments.
• Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
• Ability to develop creative ideas independently and execute them from start to finish.
• Reliable communication, punctuality, and timely delivery.
• Availability for on-site shoots in Washington, DC, including select evenings and weekends.
• Access to suitable filming equipment, whether a professional camera setup or a high-quality smartphone with supporting lighting and stabilization.

• Food and cocktail close-ups, venue walkthroughs, and event recap videos.
• Content creation for upscale restaurants or hospitality brands.
• Promotional content that encourages reservations, event attendance, and visits.
