Own end-to-end social content production for local client brands, from shoots to short-form edits and ready-to-post assets.

• Lead monthly/quarterly content shoots and deliver on-time assets.
• Capture and edit high-quality short-form video (Reels/TikTok, behind-the-scenes, b-roll, etc.).
• Create Instagram Stories, carousel graphics, and visual assets in Canva.
• Follow brand guidelines for each client and ensure content is cohesive.
• Upload, organize, and label all content into shared client folders.
• Stay on top of social trends and bring fresh creative ideas to shoots and strategy.
• Communicate clearly with the Set Sail team and deliver content on time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, film, graphic design, social media, journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1+ years of marketing and social media experience.
• Prior experience creating social media posts, videos, and graphics required.
• Advanced knowledge of social media tools; such as CapCut and Canva.
• Applicants must live in or near Emerald Isle, Morehead City, Beaufort, or Swansboro to be considered.

Preferred

• Have experience using Meta Business Suite or Monday.com.
• Have worked with multiple brands or in an agency setting before.
• Enjoy organizing content as much as you do creating it.
• Can capture BTS content on the fly without missing the moment.
