Responsibilities

• Social Media Strategy:Develop and execute strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Account Management:Manage and maintain social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Content Creation: Create engaging graphics, videos, and written content for social media.
• Community Engagement:Build audience engagement through active interaction and content promotion
• Collaboration: Partner with leadership and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Analytics and Operational Support:Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data insights. Stay current with social media trends and support video production, including editing long- and short-form content.

Requirements

• Education:Bachelor's degree in social media & digital marketing or a related field
• Experience:3+ years experience of professional corporate social media.
• Office Equipment:Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite for content creation, Adobe Express, Premiere, Photoshop and Lightroom, Microsoft 365 Suite, Microsoft Teams
• Social Media Expertise: In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences
• Creative Skills: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative social media strategies
• SEO Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEO principles
• Photography and Drone: Intermediate photography skills; drone experience or willingness to learn
• Physical Conditions: Standard office environment with prolonged periods of sitting and computer use. May occasionally require standing or moving between office areas
