Job Summary

Own content and program execution for a pediatric foundation, wiring copy for corporate partners, events, and donor comms while shaping multiple programs, budgets, and team workflows.

  • Content Ownership: write for corporate partners, signature events, marketing collateral, and donor communications
  • Program Delivery: develop and manage programs from staffing to fundraising goals and budgets
  • Collaboration & Systems: work independently and with teams in a CMS-driven, fast pace environment

Job Description

  • Deliver high quality writing pieces primarily for corporate partners and signature event audiences, and marketing collateral and donor correspondence
  • Conduct research, interview, generate ideas, proofreading; provide copywriting support for campaigns and events
  • Work independently and as part of a team; adept at working within content management systems in a fast paced environment
  • Develop and implement aspects of multiple programs that align with hospital’s mission and support the Foundation’s goals
  • Oversee program/project execution including staffing, volunteers, budgets and fundraising goals from start to finish
  • Program Duties: Program Development — assist in the development of fully-fledged programs with policies, procedures and techniques
  • Allocate Resources — allocate a specific amount of resources for each program while avoiding depletion and degradation of quality
  • Staff Oversight — training, assisting and collaborating with staff and volunteers; indirect/direct supervision to facilitate communication and standards
  • Manage Budgets — create and analyze budgets for each program including complex planning and forecasting
  • Process Documentation — manage tracking of deliverables, monitor progress and translate data towards future growth projections
  • Experience as content and copywriter with a strong portfolio
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with content management systems
