Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support and manage MGA Sync (Airtable) as the primary administrator and gatekeeper for the marketing organization.
  • Ensure MGA Sync serves as the single source of truth for marketing timelines, assets, sales materials, and reporting.
  • Support brand teams by maintaining and organizing sales sheets, launch information, and marketing materials within Airtable.
  • Partner with brand and sales stakeholders to ensure data is accurate, current, and structured for easy access and downstream use.
  • Develop clear documentation, training guides, and best practices for using MGA Sync.
  • Onboard new users and provide ongoing system support and troubleshooting.
  • Assist in compiling reports, executive summaries, and snapshots that surface key marketing activities and insights.
  • Provide operational support during B2B/Trade Showroom events, including retailer and regional scheduling coordination and on-site showroom assistance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience (including internships or entry-level roles).
  • Strong proficiency in Airtable (required).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing data, timelines, documentation, or systems in a marketing or operational context.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
