Responsibilities

Main responsibilities will include supporting the ideation, planning and execution of multiple client marketing programs simultaneously.
Digital/social savvy with experience in assisting with the development and execution of celebrity and/or content creator-led social media campaigns, events and activations such as mailers/giftings

Requirements

between one and three years of experience supporting on large and small-scale brand-to-brand and/or celebrity and influencer programs including social media campaigns, events and other activations for brand clients
Los Angeles based required
Digital/social savvy with experience in assisting with the development and execution of celebrity and/or content creator-led social media campaigns, events and activations such as mailers/giftings
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Microsoft Office skills (including but not limited to Excel and PowerPoint), Google Workspace and basic graphic design skills (e.g. Canva)
Efficiently manage time to execute all tasks in a timely fashion
Team player who knows when to ask for help and escalate matters
Proactive and detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative skills
Interested in growing within an agency setting (previous agency experience preferred)
Knowledgeable on social media platforms (specifically Instagram and TikTok)

Relationships with influencers directly and/or influencer representatives as well as experience using Julius, CreatorIQ, Klear, Tribe and/or Meltwater a plus
