Responsibilities

• Create and develop a variety of digital content, including articles, briefs, scripts, and infographics
• Optimize existing client content to enhance relevance, authority, and search performance
• Research industry trends, keywords, and topics to inform content strategies and POVs
• Develop comprehensive content briefs for new content initiatives
• Contribute to the creation and refinement of editorial guidelines, style guides, and playbooks for client projects
• Collaborate with editors, project managers, and freelancers to ensure content quality and timely delivery
• Participate in weekly staff meetings, providing insights on content trends, best practices, and technological advancements
• Stay updated on industry developments related to SEO, AI, and content marketing to continually improve workflows and output

Requirements

• Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on digital writing experience
• Proven reporting experience and knowledge of fact-checking best practices
• Comfort and familiarity with "human-in-the-loop" content creation workflows
• Strong understanding of SEO, including keyword research and best practices for future industry standards
• Interest and familiarity with Generative AI and emerging content technologies
• Excellent attention to detail and impeccable grammar skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines efficiently
• Exceptional storytelling skills, adaptable to various content formats and lengths
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment
• Preferred but not required: experience writing about technology and/or finance sectors
