Responsibilities

• Create a variety of text-based digital content for clients across different industries and subject areas.
• Write and develop optimization briefs and fully executed content pieces.
• Produce articles, video scripts, infographic text, blog content, and other digital copy.
• Optimize existing client content to improve content relevance, authority, and discoverability.
• Research topics and develop detailed content briefs for new content creation.
• Apply SEO best practices, including hands-on keyword research and content optimization.
• Incorporate AIO (AI Optimization) principles and adapt content strategies for AI-driven discovery.
• Contribute to editorial guidelines, content standards, and playbooks for client engagements.
• Research emerging content and industry trends for points of view, blog posts, and weekly team meetings.
• Work closely with editors, writers, and the content project manager in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of hands-on digital writing experience.
• Experience with reporting and knowledge of fact-checking best practices.
• Experience working with human-in-the-loop content creation processes.
• Willingness to evolve content workflows and best practices alongside emerging AI technology.
• Hands-on experience with SEO, including keyword research and current SEO best practices.
• Knowledge of AIO (AI Optimization) and the evolving landscape of AI-driven content discovery.
• Strong interest in SEO and AIO with a commitment to staying current with industry developments.
• Meticulous attention to detail, grammar, accuracy, and editorial quality.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Ability to write clear, engaging copy across a wide range of subject matter.

Preferred

• Experience writing about technology.
• Experience writing about finance.
• Experience creating content for digital marketing, SEO, or AI-focused campaigns.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary content teams and client-facing projects.
