Job Description
Responsibilities
- Review and QA educational content (videos, articles, decks) against TikTok’s content quality standards
- Identify patterns in high- vs low-performing content
- Help refine frameworks that define “high-quality content” on the platform
- Maintain and analyze dashboards tracking content quality and coverage
- Identify gaps in education content (e.g., storytelling, retention, structure)
- Translate data into clear insights and recommendations
- Support prioritization of Creator Academy content based on creator needs and performance data
- Help shape briefs for new educational content
- Contribute to improving how we teach creators to succeed
- Track content production across formats and teams
