Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the Core Narrative: Define and maintain the foundational messaging, sales pillars, and "Why Flowcode" stories that serve as the blueprint for all sales collateral.
  • Synthesize Data into Insights: Partner with the Data team to extract performance metrics and transform them into compelling data points that prove ROI and platform efficacy.
  • Architect Sales Collateral: Design the structure and content for flagship pitch decks, vertical-specific playbooks, and one-pagers that resonate with ICPs.
  • Translate Product to Value: Act as the bridge between the Product team and the Sales floor, turning new feature releases into clear value propositions and competitive differentiators.
  • Content Innovation : Design and create differentiated story formats and drive AI content strategies for the GTM team. Innovate content and delivery to highly differentiate Flowcode brand and positioning in the market.
  • Vertical Differentiation : Develop industry specific strategies that enhance competitive separation and tailor content to differentiate Flowcode in each market.
  • Enable the GTM Team: Ensure the Sales and Account Management teams are "on-message" by providing them with the scripts, talk tracks, and assets needed to navigate complex enterprise deals.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor the competitive landscape and industry trends to keep Flowcode’s positioning ahead of the curve, ensuring our content addresses the evolving needs of the "offline-to-online" market.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in sales strategy, product marketing, or business analyst roles, preferably within a high-growth SaaS or consumer tech environment.
  • Data & Insights: A proven ability to take raw data sets and technical product features and translate them into "why it matters" narratives.
  • Strategic Content: Experience building high-stakes sales decks, vertical playbooks, and ROI-driven case studies that move the needle in enterprise deals.
  • Technical & Analytical Fluency: Comfortable navigating data platforms (e.g., Looker, Hubspot) to find the analysis that showcases platform value.
  • Design Sensibility: A sharp eye for design; you know how to structure a slide or a one-pager so that the most important information is consumed at a glance.
  • Cross Functional Communication: Natural ability to speak with Engineers for technical specs, Product Managers for roadmaps, and Sales / Account Management for market insights to create a unified content repository.
  • High-Velocity Output: A track record of thriving in fast-paced environments, with the ability to generate world class outputs under tight timelines.
