  • Own the written elements of full-funnel content for assigned solution pillars, including blogs, eBooks, whitepapers, webinars, email copy, and landing pages, with clear goals, target personas, key messages, and an appropriate format mix across awareness, consideration, and decision stages.
  • Collaborate with the broader team to develop non-written content formats, including video, podcasts, infographics, and social content.
  • Write product-adjacent and partner content, including solution briefs, one-pagers, and FAQs, and collaborate with the creative content team on web copy.

  • Consistently identify opportunities to incorporate other solution pillar messaging into content and campaigns or connect content to overarching company narratives.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to develop content for public sector audiences, with an understanding of the distinct priorities and buying environments of federal, state and local government, education, or public healthcare organizations.
  • Ability to translate public sector challenges, including constrained budgets, regulatory and security requirements, legacy technology, and complex stakeholder needs, into credible, audience-specific content.
  • Proven ability to write across formats, from web and email content to long-form guides, reports, and executive-ready narratives.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to interview subject matter experts and turn technical input into structured, audience-specific content.
  • Strong research skills with the ability to turn findings into differentiated content angles and persuasive arguments.

  • Excellent editing skills with the ability to tighten language, reduce jargon, and improve structure without sacrificing accuracy.

Preferred

  • Experience writing about public sector IT modernization, cybersecurity, cloud and data infrastructure, AI readiness, or digital workplace transformation.
  • Familiarity with public sector procurement, cooperative purchasing and contract vehicles, grant or funding programs, and compliance considerations that influence technology decisions.
  • Experience creating content for public sector decision-makers and influencers, including IT, security, procurement, finance, administrative, and institutional leaders.
  • Familiarity with product marketing concepts, including positioning, personas, and value propositions.
  • Experience creating sales-enablement or go-to-market-aligned content.
