Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Write engaging, action-oriented copy for lifecycle campaigns—including onboarding flows, win-back emails, and acquisition campaigns.
  • Own the content strategy of our recipe newsletter with data-driven insights and a pulse on what’s trending in the food space.
  • Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing lifecycle marketing programs across onboarding, engagement, retention, and paid subscription marketing as defined by the Director.
  • Help coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and workflows to keep projects organized and on track.
  • Handle campaign QA, testing, scheduling, and approvals to ensure flawless execution.
  • Support and execute A/B and multivariate testing to continually refine messaging across lifecycle touchpoints.
  • Assist in monitoring campaign performance and user behavior to optimize lifecycle programs and LTV.
  • Stay on top of lifecycle marketing trends and best practices to ensure MyRecipes stays ahead of the curve.
  • Work closely with brand, magazine, and newsletter to align campaign execution with larger brand business goals.
  • Communicate progress and challenges to stakeholders in a timely and solutions-oriented manner.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, content strategy or email marketing, preferably within a digital product or consumer brand environment.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt to brand voice and audience needs
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage deadlines and coordinate across teams
  • Collaborative, receptive to feedback, and eager to contribute to a fast-moving team
  • Passion for Food: A genuine interest in food, cooking, and digital innovation is a plus!
