Responsibilities

• Create and publish content across School Psych AI’s social media channels
• Maintain a consistent social media presence Monday through Friday
• Create original graphics, carousels, short videos, product announcements, educational posts, promotional content, and other social assets
• Write clear, natural captions and calls to action
• Turn product updates and new features into content our audience can quickly understand
• Repurpose existing content rather than allowing strong content to be used only once
• Maintain and manage a weekly and monthly content calendar
• Schedule and publish posts consistently
• Help ensure our messaging and visuals remain consistent across channels
• Edit short-form and long-form video content

Requirements

• Have strong graphic design skills
• Can create polished social media content
• Have experience creating carousels, graphics, and other visual content
• Have experience editing short-form video
• Can edit longer videos when needed
• Write clearly and naturally
• Understand how to create strong hooks and calls to action
• Have strong attention to detail
• Notice spelling, formatting, design, and consistency issues before content is published
• Can take a rough idea and turn it into finished content
