Responsibilities

• Create and publish content across digital and traditional marketing channels.
• Help coordinate the production, filming, and editing of video content for social media platforms.
• Support the execution of company-wide marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Assist on collaborating with departments across the organization on marketing projects and campaigns.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics across all channels.
• Assist with managing and maintain HubSpot and Mailchimp platforms.
• Support employee engagement initiatives through internal communications, newsletters, and company events.
• Perform other related marketing duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Marketing or equivalent field (Communications, etc.)
• 1–2 years of marketing experience, including internships
• Understanding of current social media trends and platform best practices
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be resourceful and have strong problem-solving skills

Preferred

• Experience in B2B and/or service or product marketing
• Familiarity with HubSpot and MailChimp
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud's Premiere Pro and After Effects Programs
• Experience with basic video editing
