Job Summary

Own and orchestrate a multi-brand social engine, turning brand strategy into cohesive organic, paid, and influencer programs that drive reach, engagement, traffic, and conversions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own a holistic social presence strategy across all brands and platforms, defining how each brand looks, sounds, and behaves across every touchpoint from organic content to paid ads to influencer partnerships
  • Build platform-specific strategies that align with each brand's audience, business objectives, and campaign calendar, ensuring that every piece of content serves a larger strategic purpose
  • Establish a consistent brand architecture across accounts while allowing for audience-appropriate tone adaptation, so each brand feels distinct but cohesive within the broader portfolio
  • Lead strategic planning sessions with internal stakeholders to align social presence goals with broader marketing, DTC, and product initiatives
  • Translate business objectives into social-first strategies that ladder up to measurable outcomes including reach, engagement, traffic, conversion, and brand sentiment
  • Develop seasonal and campaign-level social playbooks that integrate organic, paid, and influencer tactics into a unified execution plan
  • Stay ahead of platform shifts, algorithm changes, cultural trends, and competitor activity to continuously evolve the strategy and keep the brand presence sharp and relevant
  • Lead the planning, development, and execution of paid social strategies across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), working in close collaboration with the broader marketing team to ensure paid efforts align with campaign goals and brand standards
  • Build and manage Meta ad campaigns independently within Meta Ads Manager, from audience architecture and creative strategy to budget allocation, A/B testing, and optimization, while collaborating with design, copy, and DTC teams to develop high-performing ad creative
  • Partner with the marketing team on integrated digital advertising strategies that connect paid social with email, digital display, search, and other channels for a cohesive multi-channel presence

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on social media and digital marketing experience, with a demonstrated ability to think and operate strategically
  • Proven experience developing social presence strategies across multiple brands or accounts simultaneously, not just executing content but shaping how brands show up online
  • Strong experience in digital advertising collaboration, including working cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and DTC teams to plan and execute integrated paid campaigns
  • Hands-on experience running and optimizing Meta ad campaigns independently within Meta Ads Manager, including audience strategy, creative development, budget management, and performance reporting
  • Proficiency with Planable or similar social media planning and scheduling tools
  • Strong working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok including native publishing tools, analytics dashboards, and advertising platforms (Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Business Center, TikTok Studio, and TikTok Ads Manager)
  • Experience managing Google Business Profile, TripAdvisor, and Yelp listings including review monitoring and response
  • Proficiency in photo and video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Lightroom, CapCut, or InShot, with comfort working across both mobile and desktop workflows
  • Demonstrated experience building or managing an influencer program, including outreach, briefing, and performance tracking, with familiarity using influencer platforms such as AspireIQ, Grin, or similar tools
  • Confident photographer with an eye for composition, lighting, and on-brand aesthetics for social performance
