Job Summary

Owns cross-channel content ops with a strong focus on scalable processes, clear KPIs, and timely delivery across long and short form content.

  • Own publishing calendars, production timelines, and cross-brand priorities across multiple brands and platforms.
  • Build SOPs, dashboards, and workflows to improve efficiency and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Identify bottlenecks and communicate risks with proposed fixes to leadership.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the project management process across all content initiatives and social channels.
  • Manage publishing calendars, production timelines, and cross-functional priorities across multiple brands and platforms.
  • Drive projects from planning through execution, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and at a high standard.
  • Hold individuals and teams accountable for commitments, publishing schedules, and project milestones.
  • Address execution gaps through timely, direct, and constructive conversations.
  • Escalate risks and competing priorities to leadership with recommended solutions.
  • Facilitate regular project updates and proactively identify issues before they impact delivery.
  • Oversee operational execution across: Main YouTube Channel; Podcast distribution and publishing; Short-form content channels (Shorts, Reels, TikTok); Facebook; X (Twitter) and Snapchat; Network channels and future sub-brands.
  • Ensure every channel has: Clear goals; Defined and measurable KPIs; Consistent daily execution.
  • Build, document, and continuously improve SOPs and operational workflows.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in project management, content operations, media operations, program management, or a similar operational role.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.
  • Strong understanding of content production workflows across both long-form and short-form social platforms.
  • Proven ability to build systems, processes, and operational structure.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and driving projects to completion.
