AND Studio is a creative production and growth studio built for brands that need winning ads at volume. We produce UGC, video, motion, and design against live performance data, and we sit on the media side too, so the people making the next batch know exactly what the last batch did. Most production shops ship volume and guess. Most strategy shops think and outsource. We built both under one roof.

The team is distributed across NYC, Buenos Aires, South Africa, and Manila, which means production never sleeps. Senior craft, AI-accelerated workflows, and a briefing system that starts from proven winners instead of blank pages.

Role Description

You will run creator production for a portfolio of brands, end to end. Not a queue, a portfolio. The brief lands with you and finished creator content goes back out: sourcing, casting, rate negotiation, briefing, direction, QA, and delivery, with the client relationship in between.

If you have done this inside a high-volume UGC shop, you know the job: keep a bench of creators warm, get briefs out that creators can actually execute, hold turnaround to days, and protect the cost per asset while the volume climbs. That is this role, with two differences. First, you get the performance loop: real spend data feeds your briefs, so you are not producing into the void and reporting nothing back. Second, you own the outcome, not the ticket. Nobody project-manages you through your own accounts.

You will work off a tiered rate card with rights and whitelisting priced in, book creators on volume commitments rather than one-off deals, and build an owned creator bench that compounds month over month. Weekly numbers are the operating rhythm: delivered vs target, cost per asset, turnaround, winners tagged.

Full-time trajectory, remote, working across time zones with a globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• You have produced creator/UGC content at real volume: think dozens of assets a month across multiple brands, not a campaign a quarter.
• You have personally sourced, negotiated, and closed creators, and you know what a fair rate is before the creator names one.
• You write briefs creators can shoot from without a call: hooks, structure, do-not-say lists, reference links. Your briefs come back right the first time.
• You hold turnaround in days, and you know exactly which part of the pipeline breaks it when it slips.
• You have managed usage rights and whitelisting without it becoming a renegotiation every asset.
• You read performance data, or you have always wanted to and never got access. Thumbstop, hook rate, spend behind a winner. We will hand you the loop most production shops never see.
• You are organized enough to run a bench of 15-20 active creators across accounts without dropping a thread.
• Experience at a UGC production company, creator agency, or in-house creator program strongly preferred. If you have shipped hundreds of assets and wondered why nobody ever told you which ones worked, we built this seat for you.
• Comfortable remote, across time zones, managing your own priorities at speed.

Nice to Have (or We Will Train You)

• Client-facing polish. You are comfortable on a call with a client, presenting the work and defending the choices. If you have the production chops but have always been kept behind the account team, we will coach you into the room. This seat talks to clients.
• Fluency in the loop. The qualification above asks that you want the data. The bonus is if you already speak it: KPI-literate, able to turn a performance readout into next month's briefs without a translator in between.
• A real editing foundation. Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, plus After Effects. AI generates raw material fast. The magic still happens in the edit, and producers who can open the timeline direct better than producers who can't.

The Logistics

• How it starts: a part-time freelance retainer. We are deliberate about this on both sides. The first stretch is where we establish the workflow together and both of us find out fast whether this is the long-term fit we are hiring for.
• Where it goes: hours scale as we unlock capacity, with a clear path to full-time. We are building a seat someone grows in, not filling a gap.
• Compensation: $2,500 to $3,000 per month on the retainer, based on experience and portfolio. $50-78K salary on conversion to full-time when the fit is clear.
• Location and rhythm: fully remote. Standard Monday to Friday workflow; creator content is a live business, so occasional weekend support on time-sensitive launches comes with the territory.
