Job Summary

Own content production across web, social, email, and campaigns with strict workflow, quality control, and performance optimization for SEO and conversions.

  • Content Production & Workflow: Plan, coordinate, and oversee asset creation across digital channels with calendars and timelines.
  • Content Quality & Optimization: Edit for accuracy, brand consistency, and alignment with campaign goals; optimize for engagement and conversions.
  • Performance & Asset Management: Track content effectiveness and organize assets to inform improvements and maintain documentation.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee the production of content across digital channels, including web, social, email, and campaigns
  • Manage content calendars, timelines, and workflows to ensure timely delivery of assets
  • Collaborate with writers, designers, and marketing teams to produce cohesive, high quality content
  • Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, brand consistency, and alignment with campaign objectives
  • Coordinate stakeholder input and approvals throughout the content production process
  • Ensure content is optimized for performance, including SEO, engagement, and conversion goals
  • Monitor content effectiveness and recommend improvements based on performance data and feedback
  • Maintain organization of content assets and documentation across projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or another relevant field
  • 2+ years of experience in content writing, preferably in SaaS, PropTech, or real estate/property management industries
  • Experience managing content production in a digital marketing or agency environment
  • Strong understanding of content strategy, digital channels, and marketing workflows
  • Excellent project management, organization, and time management skills
  • Strong editing and quality assurance abilities with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress)
  • Basic knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to assess content performance is preferred
  • Full-Time, Salary Exempt (not overtime eligible)
  • Location: Alpharetta, GA or Plano, TX or Knoxville, TN
  • In-office work style, with most team members working in the office from Monday to Thursday and remotely on Friday
