Responsibilities

• Planning and creating engaging marketing content across multiple platforms.
• Photographing products and lifestyle content.
• Creating and editing short-form video content.
• Writing marketing emails and assisting with email campaign planning.
• Assisting with social media content creation and scheduling.
• Helping develop and maintain the marketing content calendar.
• Pitching new ideas for campaigns, content, and customer education.
• Working with the Marketing Director to improve marketing systems and processes.
• Organizing and maintaining marketing assets and content libraries.
• Using modern technology and AI tools to improve quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience creating content, photography, videography, social media, marketing, or a closely related field. Professional, freelance, business, and established personal creator experience are all considered.
• A portfolio or examples of your work that demonstrate your abilities. This may include a professional portfolio, business social media accounts you’ve managed, personal creator accounts, photography projects, marketing campaigns, or other relevant work.
• Experience creating professional-quality photography and short-form video content.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Comfortable using technology and enjoy continuously improving your workflow.
• An interest in military surplus, tactical gear, camping, hiking, or the outdoors.
