Kingfisher Roofing is looking for a Content Marketing Specialist Intern to join our team this summer!

This is a hands-on role where you'll be in the middle of everything: shooting content at real job sites, editing videos, designing graphics, brainstorming campaign ideas, and helping launch brand-new YouTube channels from the ground up. If you're someone who's always creating, always scrolling, and always thinking about what makes content click, then this is your chance to do that for a real business with real results. You'll work directly with our Marketing lead and get exposure to the full stack - organic social, email campaigns, paid ads, CRM tools, and more. Some days you'll be on a rooftop capturing footage or flying a drone. Other days you'll be at home cutting edits and designing posts. No two weeks will look the same.

We're a growing roofing company in Austin that's building its marketing, and we want someone who's excited to be part of that. Come learn, come create, come have fun with it!

• Creating and managing organic content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
• Helping launch and grow our new YouTube channels
• Editing both short-form and long-form video content
• Designing still images and graphics using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
• Developing creatives for paid ad campaigns
• Assisting with email marketing campaigns
• Traveling to job sites around Austin to capture photos, video, and behind-the-scenes content
• Brainstorming content ideas, campaign concepts, and marketing strategies
• Light exposure to Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and GoHighLevel CRM on slower days

• Currently pursuing a degree in Advertising, Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Comfortable and confident on camera - you'll appear in content, not just create it
• Video editing experience preferred (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve, etc.) - but if you're the right person and willing to learn, we'll get you there
• A natural eye for design and visual storytelling
• Plugged into social media trends and understands what performs across platforms
• Self-starter who can take an idea and run with it
• Reliable, communicative, and excited to learn
