Content Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Translate marketing strategy into an integrated content calendar and campaign plans that align with product launches, seasonal opportunities, and audience needs.
• Lead content development and execution across Tyndale's owned digital channels — websites, email, and social media — including writing and editing copy, landing pages, and promotional messaging.
• Lead, coach, and develop the content team (Social Media Specialist, Graphic Designer, Community Specialist), setting priorities, production standards, and workflows that keep quality high and deadlines on track.
• Grow and engage Tyndale's audiences by building loyalty-program participation, encouraging reviews and user-generated content, and incorporating audience feedback and social listening into content planning.
• Use analytics and performance data to continuously improve content effectiveness, applying SEO and user-experience best practices along the way.
• Partner across Marketing, Publishing, Ecommerce, PR, and Sales to support product launches, brand campaigns, and trade partner promotions as the day-to-day content point of contact.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Digital Media, or a related field
• 5-7+ years of progressively responsible experience in content marketing, digital marketing, communications, or editorial production
• Experience leading projects and supervising employees, with a portfolio demonstrating strong writing, editing, and digital content production preferred
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing content across websites, email, and social media, and managing multiple projects with competing deadlines
• Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), project management tools (e.g., Monday.com), CRM/marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva), and digital analytics/reporting tools
• A creative storyteller with strong editorial instincts, strategic thinking, and the ability to move between big-picture planning and hands-on execution
• A collaborative leader who enjoys developing others, brings humility and servant leadership to the role, and stays adaptable amid changing priorities
• Personal alignment with and adherence to the Bible as God’s Word, and agreement with our Statement of Faith
• After an initial training period, this role is open to a hybrid work schedule
