Job Summary

Own end to end social content creation and publishing for education and engagement, from editing long form videos to scheduling posts and managing audience interactions.

  • Editing and production of videos and podcasts across long and short form
  • Publishing and optimization including titles, metadata, and platform settings

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Edit long-form educational videos and podcasts in Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Produce short-form content for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Add captions using Captions.ai.
  • Create basic motion graphics, overlays, charts, and branding elements.
  • Design thumbnails and social graphics.
  • Organize creative assets and maintain project files.
  • Perform quality control before publishing.
  • Upload and publish content to YouTube, Spotify, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Write titles, descriptions, chapters, captions, and metadata.
  • Schedule content using CoSchedule or similar tools.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, video editing, customer engagement, or related fields.
  • Strong Adobe Premiere Pro skills.
  • Graphic design experience.
  • Experience editing educational, podcast, or interview-style content.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable learning technical horticultural concepts.
  • Customer-service mindset.

Preferred

  • Commercial indoor cultivation experience or equivalent horticultural knowledge.
  • CRM software experience.
  • SEO fundamentals.
